Community Update
General news about the Yorkville area
100 Yorkville Avenue
The façade of the old Mount Sinai hospital is going to be moved
temporarily from its current position in order to allow the existing
site to be developed. The façade will be incorporated into the
future eight storey condominium building. It has been mounted on
supports in readiness for moving it forward to rest on the North side
of Yorkville Avenue. A 2nd seventeen storey condo building will be
constructed at 84 Yorkville Avenue on the site of the existing surface
parking lot. Development of the site is expected to last
approximately two years.
